The Future Is Positive at FtF

It has been a very busy, yet productive few months at FtF. There has been lots of work and planning going on behind the scenes and we are excited to share some of these with everyone.

Evergreen has moved house! Now ‘The Croft’, the young people and team are settling into their new home nicely and are having fun putting their mark on it and making it a warm and cosy place to live.

“After a really busy week of packing and organising, and everyone pitching in, we moved to our new home. We had a moving in party and takeaway to celebrate. The kids love their new space, taking full advantage of all the gardens in the amazing sunshine we have been having.  We are all enjoying our new home and appreciating the lovely village we are now a part of, we hope we will get to know some new faces and welcome some familiar ones too.” Zoe – Registered Manager

Our 5th residential home Garden Lane is in process and hopefully the doors will be ready to open in the next couple of months. This will be a 3 bed, therapeutic home for young people who have experienced adverse childhood trauma and emotional and behavioural difficulties. We look forward to welcoming young people and building a safe and nurturing home for them.

And the most exciting of all…. Footsteps Education. The plan has always been for FtF to expand into education to offer a tailored and bespoke service for young people who require extra support with learning. Swallow Grange, based in North Lincolnshire will be opening in early 2025 and will support students aged 6 – 16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
