Set in beautiful rural locations, our large, characterful houses welcome every young person into a warm, calm space from the moment they arrive.
Many of the young people who come to us have faced multiple placements, time in secure settings, or long periods away from education, family and support systems. Our team works alongside them toward independence, confidence and a life beyond care.

Referral & Assessment
Every placement starts with a thorough assessment of a young person's needs, history and goals, so we can match them to the right home and build a care plan around them from day one.
Individualised Care Plan
Each young person has a care plan shaped by their own strengths, needs and aspirations; covering their emotional wellbeing, education, health & life skills and are reviewed & adapted as they grow.
Ongoing Support & Outcomes
Our support doesn't stop at settling in. We track progress against each young person's goals and keep building on what's working, right through to their transition toward independence.
