Passionate about care
We're looking for people who are passionate about supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Whether you're an experienced residential support worker or new to the sector, what matters most is patience, resilience and a genuine belief in second chances.
Working with Us
Our staff work in small, homely settings across our rural Leicestershire and Lincolnshire homes, so no two shifts look the same. You'll get ongoing training, regular supervision and the chance to shape each young person's care around their own needs and interests.
What We Offer
Alongside a supportive team and manageable caseloads, we offer a competitive salary, funded training and qualifications including the Level 3/4/5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and genuine progression opportunities as the organisation grows.
