Our Mission
We support children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs through therapeutic and personalised support in homes that feel like home.
Set in beautiful rural locations, our large, characterful homes are designed to feel like home. From the moment a young person walks through the door, they’re welcomed into a warm, calm space, supported by a dedicated team who walk alongside them on their journey toward independence, confidence, and a successful life beyond care.
At Footsteps, we provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young people who have faced significant challenges early in life. Many arrive at Footsteps after multiple placements, time in secure settings, or long periods of disengagement from education, family, and support systems.

Established in 2020. Footsteps To Futures provides homes for young people who aren’t able for the time being to meet the challenges of living with family or in foster care. We have 3 homes in rural Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
