Martina joined Footsteps to Futures in March 2021. Martina is a qualified Youth Worker and has spent the last seven years working in a therapeutic care setting. Six of those years Martina spent working as a Senior Residential Care worker. Martina has a passion for training and ensuring that staff are well equipped with knowledge and skills when working in our homes.

We welcome Martina to the Footsteps to Futures team.
