Shifts - are generally 7am/8am to 11pm with a sleep and so on, on a rota basis. You must be able to adhere to a shift pattern and at least 8 sleeps per month.

We are committed to providing high-quality, nurturing care for children and young people in our residential homes. As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting their day-to-day needs, helping them manage past experiences, and guiding them towards independence.

A driving licence is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide Care & Support: Ensure children feel safe, valued, and empowered.
• Safeguarding: Maintain high standards of child protection and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Behaviour Support: Engage with young people using empathy and patience, helping them manage challenges.
• Building Relationships: Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and other professionals.
• Home & Welfare Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Be a Positive Role Model: Inspire and support young people to reach their full potential.
• Sleep ins are required at the home.
